אחריות ועיכובים

 

אנו עושים את מירב המאמצים לספק את ההזמנה במהירות האפשרית. עם זאת, מובהר כי מפעיל האתר לא יישא באחריות לעיכובים הנובעים מנסיבות שאינן בשליטתו, לרבות עיכובים מצד חברת השילוח, אירועים ביטחוניים, מצבי חירום, מלחמה או שביתות, מגפות, פגעי טבע או תקלות טכניות בלתי צפויות במערכות האתר והתקשורת. במקרים אלו, האתר לא יהיה אחראי לאי-עמידה בלוחות הזמנים המקוריים, אך צוות הסטודיו יהיה זמין כדי לסייע ולפתור כל אי-בהירות שיכולה להיווצר

סטודיו יובל בקר שומר לעצמו את הזכות לעדכן או לשנות את מדיניות המשלוחים והתעריפים בכל עת, על פי שיקול דעתו הבלעדי

מדיניות משלוחים מקומיים

זמני ייצור ואספקה

 

זמן ייצור: עד 30 ימי עסקים מרגע אישור ההזמנה

זמן משלוח: עד 7 ימי עסקים מרגע סיום הייצור

שימו לב: ימי עסקים הם ימי חול (א'-ה') ואינם כוללים ימי שישי, שבת, ערבי חג וחגים

אפשרויות שילוח ועלויות

 

שליח עד הבית: 49 ש"ח

משלוח חינם: בקנייה מעל 1,000 ש"ח

איסוף עצמי: ניתן לתאם איסוף עצמי מהסטודיו בתיאום מראש 

אזורי חלוקה וכתובות מרוחקות

 

המשלוחים מתבצעים בהתאם לאזורי החלוקה של חברת השילוח הפרטית איתה אנו עובדים

לגביי משלוחים לכתובות מרוחקות מאזור המרכז (כגון אילת, הערבה, רמת הגולן ויישובים מעבר לקו הירוק), יש לקחת בחשבון שייתכנו עיכובים בלוחות הזמנים

האתר אינו מתחייב לספק הזמנה לאזור שאינו נכלל באזורי החלוקה הרגילים. אספקה לאזורים חריגים תתאפשר בתיאום טלפוני מראש ועל פי שיקול דעת הסטודיו

תיאום ומסירת החבילה

 

כדי להבטיח שהתכשיט יגיע ליעדו בבטחה ובמהירות, אנו נעזרים בשירות שליחים פרטי

זמינות: אנא הקפידו להיות זמינים בטלפון שהוזן בעת ההזמנה. וודאו כי כל פרטי ההתקשרות (כתובת ומספר טלפון) נכונים ומלאים

משלוח חוזר: חבילה שתחזור לסטודיו עקב חוסר זמינות של הלקוח/ה או פרטים שגויים, תחייב תיאום משלוח חדש. במקרה זה, יבוצע חיוב נוסף של 49 ש"ח עבור דמי המשלוח החוזר, גם אם המשלוח הראשוני היה ללא עלות

זמני משלוח ואספקה

 

זמן משלוח משוער: 10-21 ימי עסקים מרגע סיום הייצור

שימו לב: במקרים חריגים ייתכנו עיכובים הנובעים מפעילות חברת השילוח, עומסים בנמלים  או תהליכי מכס במדינת היעד. עיכובים אלו אינם בשליטת הסטודיו, אך אנו כאן תמיד כדי לתת מענה עד הגעת החבילה ליעדה

עלויות משלוח

 

עלות משלוח בינלאומי: 300 ש"ח

המשלוח כולל מספר מעקב שישלח אליכם במייל עם צאת החבילה מהסטודיו

מכס, מיסים והיטלים

 

אחריות הלקוח: כל ההזמנות הבינלאומיות עשויות להיות כפופות למסי יבוא, מע"מ (VAT) ודמי שחרור מהמכס כפי שנקבע על ידי החוק במדינת היעד

 

עלויות נוספות: עלויות אלו אינן כלולות במחיר המוצר או בעלויות המשלוח ששולמו באתר התשלום לרשויות המכס המקומיות הינו באחריותו הבלעדית של הלקוח לצורך שחרור החבילה ומסירתה

 

מידע נוסף: לסטודיו אין שליטה על חיובים אלו ואין באפשרותנו לחזות את גובהם. אנו ממליצים לבדוק את מדיניות המכס המקומית במדינת היעד טרם ביצוע ההזמנה

Please note: Our pieces are handmade to order. Therefore, production time must be added to the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Policy - General Info

 

Delays and Force Majeure

 

While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, the Site operator shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, courier service delays, security situations, state of emergency, war, strikes, pandemics, or unexpected technical malfunctions.

In such events, the Studio will not be responsible for deviations from the original schedule; however, our team will remain available to assist and resolve any issues with the shipping company.

 

Policy Updates

 

Youval Becker Studio reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time, at its sole discretion.

Local Shipping Policy

Production & Delivery Times

 

At our studio, every piece is handcrafted-to-order specifically for you. Therefore, please take the production time into account before shipping:

Production Time: Up to 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Time: Up to 7 business days from the completion of production.

Please Note: Business days are Sunday through Thursday. They do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or public holidays.

 

Shipping Options & Costs

 

Door-to-Door Courier: 49 NIS.

Free Shipping Benefit: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 1,000 NIS!

Self-Pickup: You may coordinate a self-pickup from our studio by prior appointment only.

Delivery Areas & Remote Locations

 

Deliveries are carried out in accordance with the distribution areas of our private courier service.

For deliveries to remote locations (such as Eilat, the Arava, the Golan Heights, and communities beyond the Green Line), delays in delivery schedules may occur.

The Site does not guarantee delivery to areas not included in the standard distribution zones. Delivery to exceptional areas will only be possible through prior telephone coordination and at the Studio's sole discretion.

Coordination & Package Delivery

 

To ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and quickly, we use a private courier service.

Availability: Please ensure you are available at the phone number provided during the order. Verify that all contact details (address and phone number) are accurate and complete.

Returned Packages: Any package returned to the Studio due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect details will require the coordination of a new shipment. In such cases, an additional shipping fee of 49 NIS will be charged, even if the initial shipping was free of charge.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Times

 

Estimated Shipping Time: 10–21 business days from the completion of production.

Please Note: In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to courier operations, airport congestion, or customs procedures in the destination country. These delays are beyond the Studio's control; however, we remain at your service to track the package until it reaches its destination.

Shipping Costs

 

International Shipping Fee: 300 NIS.

Tracking: Your shipment includes a Tracking Number, which will be sent to you via email once the package leaves the Studio.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Customer Responsibility: All international orders may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees as determined by the laws of the destination country.

Additional Costs: These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping costs paid on the website. Payment to local customs authorities is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the release and delivery of the package.

Further Information: The Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing an order.
